Dr. Jolly joined the Red River ENT Audiology department in 2024. James was born and raised in Pineville, LA. He received his undergraduate degree in communication sciences and disorders from Louisiana State University in 2019. He then obtained his Doctor of Audiology in May 2024 from Louisiana Tech University after completing his residency at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. He holds his Certificate of Clinical Competency with the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
